Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

Commentra offers a free plan that lets you analyze a limited number of videos each day at no cost. No payment is required for the free plan, and no refunds apply to it.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans (e.g., Pro and Pro+) provide additional features such as unlimited analyses, ad-free experience, exports, and bookmarks. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as selected at checkout) through Razorpay.

3. 7-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided you have not exceeded the fair-use limits of the plan. After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@commentra.io with the email address associated with your account and the reason for your request. We typically process refunds within 5–10 business days of approval.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
